A new year always brings new changes, new goals, and new challenges in ones live. This year instead of setting a new years resolution that always seem to slip from our fingertips come February, provide positive words and encouragement for someone else. This is advice and changes that can be made to any part of your life and by applying a little bit each day they will soon become a habit and a way of life. I asked a pletuhar of people 'If you would give advice to a large group of people what would it be?' And these are the answers that followed:
Leave all past decisions and failures behind in life. Take the good from experiences and apply them to create a good future for yourself. Do not hold yourself down by focusing on how things can't work out; stay positive for the things to come.

"A goal without a deadline is just a dream." Set up a plan and follow it. Make it baby steps to ease the intensity. Do at least one thing towards your goal each week or each day. Don't overwhelm yourself. Don't beat yourself up if you lose track. Take a deep breath, forgive yourself, and immediately start again.

Live each and every day to the fullest. I always remember the saying 'Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. That's why they call it the present.'

Start the year off by creating goals, something that you actually plan on seeing come to fruition. Then plaster those goals everywhere, over you bed, in your car, bathroom mirror. Where ever, you can't hit a target you can't see!

I wish my friends, family, and followers a blessed 2015 filled with open doors, new opportunities, and pure joy. The pressure with a new year comes the idea of becoming a new you. That seems very stressful and almost impossible to obtain. My advice for the new year is you don't need to recreate a whole new 'you'. Rather take what makes you who you are and make that shine brighter than 2014. Feel free to share your new year advice below. #NewYearNewAdvice
